Tower Rescue Training
The One Energy team has helped author wind turbine tower rescue programs for some of the industry’s largest companies and has trained contractors, technicians, and fire departments around the country in wind turbine tower rescue.

EMT and Advanced EMT
Medical safety and preparedness is top priority for One Energy, particularly at our remote project locations. We conduct in-house EMT and Advanced EMT courses regularly, so our team members are never far from life-saving care in cases of emergency. The One Energy Training Institute is the only company in Ohio accredited to provide this level of training.

CPR for the Professional Rescuer
Safety on the job means more than completing 30 hours of OSHA online training. At One Energy, our in-house instructors ensure all our employees are CPR certified so we are prepared for an emergency in any setting.
NCCER Training Facility
The National Center for Construction Education and Research has accredited One Energy as a training facility to certify construction professionals. Because we demand the utmost care and expertise when building wind projects, we require our construction team to have the knowledge and hands-on skills the NCCER certifies for. The way we ensure each employee receives high-quality and consistent training is by conducting the training in-house.
Professional Development
Whether an employee wants to expand their expertise in their own area or venture into a different set of skills, One Energy will do what we can to make it happen. Whether it’s sending individuals to professional conferences or bringing in professionals from the field to teach training courses on various topics, we want to ensure our team never stops learning.
